Direction for use: Apply a small amount of castor oil to fingertips and massage into scalp and hair roots twice a week.

For Abdominal Pack

Gather castor oil, a piece of soft cloth like flannel or a pad. Pour a sufficient of castor oil onto the cloth and make sure its saturated but not dripping.

Lie down comfortably place the soaked cloth or pad on desired areas of abdomen commonly lower abdomen. Cover and secure the oil soaked cloth or pad with plastic wrap or a plastic bag to prevent the oil from staining clothing or sheets.

Place a hot water bottle or heating pad over the pack if desired. This will help the oil to penetrate deeper and enhance its effectiveness. Relax and rest and allow the pack to stay in place for at least 30 mins.

Afterward, remove the pack and wipe off any excess oil with a towel or wash the area to remove residual stickiness.
